Stir ¼ cup icing sugar through 500g hulled and sliced strawberries and leave to marinate for a couple of hours. Break 12 meringues into chunks and divide between serving dishes. Layer on top 500ml strawberry yoghurt and marinated strawberries. Scatter with crushed meringue and drizzle over the juice from the marinated strawberries.
