We celebrate International Women´s Day on 8 March with these made-for-women activities and tours

MIND AND SPIRIT WORK OUTS

Author of The Blossoming Heart and international trainer Robbi Zeck ND runs Aroma Tours with her partner Jim Llewellyn which focuses on aromatherapy. Zeck will lead a Bali Women’s Retreat from 8–13 September. Accommodation is in a family-owned hotel in the middle of rice paddies outside the artists’ village of Ubud. CATCH THE NEXT WAVE

A TOUR DE FORCE

Get on your bike and do some bonding with your girlfriends, mum and yes, even grandma. During Tasmania’s Bike Week (10-18 March), you can join the women’s-only bike ride – Tour de Femme. Jointly organised by Cycling South and Bicycle Tasmania, it will set out from Hobart’s Cambridge Oval on 11 March for an easy 20km ride over mostly flat terrain to the Seven Mile Beach and back.
